Milan Workshops 2023 half way through!
Good Flow Milano program of workshops for 2023 is now half way through! We are honored to have shared rope flow moves and tips with a few great people coming to Milan from a few different locations in Italy. There are still two workshops in May and June, and we hope to organise more in the future.
Workshops are opportunities first of all to practice rope flow together and learn from the host as well as from the participants. New moves, new targets and a new purpose are all part of it. We welcome you to join us if you are in Milan!
