Refund policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from Good Flow Milano! But just in case you do not like your new purchase, you may return the Product(s), for any reason, within fourteen (14) days after receipt of your Product(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged, unused, unaltered, unsoiled and unwashed (other than to try the Products on and in the same state that it was sold to you), with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us using our contact form. Please do not return your item until you receive confirmation from us.

If your return is eligible for refund, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be shipped within fourteen (14) days after you receive our instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, and items shipped later than fourteen (14) days after receiving our instructions will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for returning the Product in its original condition with the tags attached, including the shipping costs for returning the Product. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received in good order.

Refunds will be accredited to the method of payment originally used when purchasing as soon as possible after receiving the returned products and after having verified compliance with the return policy. If cancellation fees apply to your case as explained in the section "Exceptions" below, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. 

Please note that the payment processor may take a few days before a refund shows in your account. In the event that you have already contacted your banks / financial institution and are unable to see your refund yet, please get in touch with us via our contact form.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please add a photo showing the defect / damage.

Products that are returned as faulty and show signs of damage, which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned/refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that shipping the items back to us will be at your cost, as well as the cost for the new items and the new delivery. We will refund the original price paid, in accordance with our return and refund policy.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
