PRODUCTS
Are your products made in Italy?
Yes, all the manufacturing process is carried out in our lab in Milan. Our rope suppliers are in Italy to ensure a high-quality rope product custom-made for Good Flow Milano.
Are the products under warranty?
If you identify a fault or a manufacturing defect in the first 30 days you can return the product and it will be replaced or refunded. Further details can be found in our Terms of Service.
SHOPPING & SHIPPING
Can I trust your shop?
Our shop is powered by Shopify, one of the leading e-commerce platforms, trusted by thousands of merchants worldwide. Your transactions and your payment information are 100% secure.
We prepare the shipment as soon as we receive the order and we use trusted delivery companies such as UPS and DHL, so that you can track your parcel until delivery.
You are also covered by our 14-day return policy.
How gift cards work?
Our gift cards are fully digital and can be purchased on our webstore in denominations of 100, 150, 200 euro. Once purchased you will receive an e-mail with your gift card code that can be shared with your friend.
Gift cards can be redeemed for items available in our webstore, including products and lessons. Simply add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout you will have the option to pay using your gift card inserting the gift card code.
Any remaining balance will remain on the card for future purchases. If the card does not cover the full amount of your purchase, you can pay the balance using one of the other payment methods.
Gift cards are valid for 36 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Good Flow Milano gift cards can also be store on Apple Wallets.
RETURNS
Can I return the products?
Unused products in their original package can be returned within the 14 days, no question asked, and you will be entitled to a full refund (however you will have to take care of shipping it back). Please contact us before shipping the products back. For all details, please look at our refund policy.
Gift cards can be returned by contacting us within 14 days, if they are unused. After 14 days gift cards can be used within 36 months on our webstore but they cannot be redeemed for cash.
LESSONS
Who will be the instructor?
Phil will be the instructor for all lessons. You can trust his lessons as Phil is WeckMethod certified and Ropeflow Specialist and he has more than 20 years of experience as an instructor and coach in different fields at all level of expertise.
Will you do one-to-one lessons?
We arrange sets of four 50' private lessons, one per week for 4 consecutive weeks. Lessons take normally place via Zoom. Lesson packs can be pre-paid on our website. We prefer to arrange lessons in groups of 4 to ensure the best progression in your rope flow journey. After payment you will be contacted by Phil to define your start date / time within the available slots.

Are your lessons online or in-person?
Both. However in-person lessons are generally taking place in Milan only.
